Please note that the Hotel is in soft opening stage and some services may not be available e.g. Meeting rooms, Gym etc. Please note that non-Muslims are not allowed to enter the cities of Makkah & Madinah without special permission letter from the Government. Please note that in the holy month of Ramadan (Fasting month) "Sahur" will be served instead of the breakfast. "Iftar" Ramadan (early dinner) will be available at a variable price. Please note when booking more than 10 rooms, different policies may apply. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card. Please note that according to government Rules all guest need to present the tawakkalna App showing that the guest got (COVID-19) vaccine and showing that the health condition is Immune, in case the guest failed to present the App with the information mentioned above, they will not be able to stay at the property .
